Garfield Sobers

From Ffaith

In 1968, legendary West Indies cricketer Garfield St Auburn Sobers (Gary Sobers to his friends) became the first batsman in cricketing history to hit sixes off a six-ball over. Sobers was playing as captain of Nottinghamshire against Glamorgan in Swansea; the unfortunate bowler was Malcolm Nash. The feat has so far been matched only once, by Ravi Shastri, playing for Bombay against Baroda in 1984.
