Rocky one, two and three
Wales, one of the oldest geological regions on the planet has given its Latin name, Cambria, to one of the three geological divisions of the Paleozoic era. The other two names, Ordovician and Silurian, have been taken from Celtic tribes living in Wales at the time of the Roman invasion.
